At ZenitNutra.com, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you high-quality health and nutrition products. Since we act as an intermediary (not the manufacturer), our return process follows our suppliers’ policies.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • The product is defective/damaged (see Section 3).
  • There was a shipping error (wrong item received).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products purchased during sales/promotions (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of delivery at [support@zenitnutra.com] with:
    • Order number
    • Product name + reason for return
    • Photos (if defective/damaged)
  2. We’ll forward your request to the supplier and notify you of approval/next steps.
  3. Ship the item to the supplier’s designated address (if approved).

3. Damaged/Defective Products

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo/video evidence.
  • We’ll coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the supplier processes the return.
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for identical items (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (if the order hasn’t been processed by the supplier).
